JSW MG Motor Teases New Windsor EV Indulge Edition

JSW MG Motor India has teased a new limited-edition version of the Windsor EV called the Indulge Edition. The special edition is expected to celebrate the electric crossover’s second anniversary and could introduce exclusive styling details to enhance its premium appeal. While the company has not revealed the full specifications or launch date, the teaser hints at a special edition positioned above the standard model.

2026 MG Windsor EV Indulge Edition: What to Expect?

The upcoming Indulge Edition is expected to follow the premium approach of the previous Windsor EV Inspire Edition, which arrived around the festive season last year. The latest teaser features a gold-themed visual, suggesting that the new version could receive distinctive cosmetic upgrades. However, MG has yet to confirm the special edition’s final design and equipment.

Potential changes could include gold-finished door handles, gold accents on the dashboard, exclusive Indulge badging and additional black exterior trims. The cabin may retain its predominantly black theme, although the upholstery and other interior details could receive special touches.

Current MG Windsor EV: Features & Battery Options

The MG Windsor EV comes with a lounge-inspired cabin, a 15.6-inch touchscreen, ventilated front seats, a panoramic sunroof and a powered tailgate. Safety features include six airbags and a 360-degree camera. The standard model offers two battery options, with the following specifications:

MG Windsor EV: Price and Rivals

The standard MG Windsor EV price starts from Rs. 14.70 lakh (ex-showroom), while the Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) option lowers the initial vehicle price to Rs. 9.99 lakh. The pricing and availability of the Indulge Edition are yet to be announced.

The Windsor EV competes with electric cars such as the Tata Curvv EV, Mahindra BE 6, Hyundai Creta Electric and Maruti Suzuki e Vitara. Its combination of a spacious cabin, comfort-focused features and two battery choices helps it appeal to buyers seeking an electric vehicle for everyday use.
