2026 Skoda Slavia Facelift Launched at Rs. 9.99 Lakh

Skoda Auto India has officially launched the Slavia Facelift, starting at Rs. 9.99 lakh (ex-showroom, India). The launch comes after months of anticipation generated by camouflage spy shots revealing updated lighting setups, wider bumpers, and refreshed interiors. Following its initial unveil back in August, this mid-cycle update gives the premium sedan a sharp competitive edge. Built on the localized MQB-A0-IN platform, the updated sedan strikes a deliberate balance between enthusiast driving dynamics and modern rear-seat passenger comfort.

Exterior Design Refinements

The updated Slavia enhances its European design aesthetic with refined visual enhancements across the exterior. The front fascia is highlighted by all-new LED headlamps paired with a revised butterfly grille featuring a distinct horizontal chrome strip.

At the back, the restyled rear structure houses updated LED taillamps equipped with dynamic sequential turn indicators. Freshly designed alloy wheels sharpen the car's side profile, while the newly introduced Arctic Silver and Cappuccino Beige paint options expand its exterior color spectrum.

Additionally, Sporty Monte Carlo Trim adds blacked-out exterior accents, Monte Carlo badging, sporty red interior highlights and 16-inch Savio Black alloy wheels.

Interior Comfort and Convenience

Inside, the Slavia focuses heavily on luxury and ease of use for both driver and passengers. The driver's cabin features these updated features:

The Google Cloud AI Companion integrates Gemini-powered Automotive AI Agent. This is specifically calibrated to understand Indian English accents for hands-free climate control, music and calls.

Talking about the mechanics part, the Slavia offers two familiar TSI petrol powerplants:

• 1.0 TSI Engine: Paired with a 6-speed manual or an all-new segment-first 8-speed torque converter automatic transmission, replacing the previous 6-speed torque converter unit.
• 1.5 TSI Engine: Coupled exclusively with the 7-speed DSG automatic transmission. To match the higher performance of the 1.5 TSI variants, Skoda has equipped them with rear disc brakes as standard for improved stopping power.
