
Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) has officially entered the Indian electric vehicle market with the launch of the Urban Cruiser Ebella. The company has currently announced the pricing for the flagship E3 variant, which is positioned at Rs. 23.60 lakh (ex-showroom). Developed in collaboration with Suzuki, the Ebella is an all-electric SUV designed to compete in the premium EV segment.
The Urban Cruiser Ebella is built on a dedicated EV platform shared with the Suzuki e Vitara. While multiple variants (E1 and E2) are expected to follow, the launch focuses on the high-performance E3 trim. This variant is powered by a 61 kWh battery pack, delivering a significant range and power output suited for both urban commutes and highway travel.

The Ebella introduces Toyota’s "Urban Tech" design language, featuring a distinctive "hammerhead" front fascia and 18-inch alloy wheels. The interior emphasizes a premium digital experience with a unified dual-screen dashboard layout.
