Toyota Hyryder Tech Package Launched: Get 3 Accessories For ₹ 29,499
Google News

Toyota India has rolled out a new Tech Package for the Urban Cruiser Hyryder, priced at ₹29,499. The add-on is a dealership-level accessory package and is available across the entire variant lineup. It offers feature upgrades over the standard trim and safety kit from Toyota’s official accessories catalogue.
New Features Added With Tech Package
The Tech Package upgrades each variant with additional technology-focused features. These include a configurable ambient lighting system, a front-mounted dashcam, and a head-up display (HUD). The fully loaded Hyryder V variants already come equipped with a HUD and multi-colour ambient lighting from the factory.
No Mechanical Changes With Tech Upgrade
Despite the feature additions, the Tech Package does not alter the SUV’s mechanical setup. The Urban Cruiser Hyryder continues to be offered with petrol, strong-hybrid, and CNG powertrain options. An All-Wheel Drive (AWD) system remains exclusive to the petrol version.
Shared Powertrains and Mild-Hybrid Details
The Hyryder offers similar engine options to the Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara and Victoris. It uses a Maruti Suzuki-sourced 1.5-litre mild-hybrid engine producing 103 hp and 137 Nm of torque. The powertrain is offered with either a 5-speed manual gearbox or a 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission. AWD is available when the mild-hybrid engine is paired with the 5-speed manual gearbox.
Updated Prices After Tech Package Addition
With the Tech Package included, the Urban Cruiser Hyryder now starts at ₹11.24 lakh and goes up to ₹20.05 lakh. CNG variants are priced between ₹13.62 lakh and ₹15.58 lakh. AWD-equipped versions are priced from ₹18.58 lakh to ₹18.7 lakh.
Segment Rivals in India
In the Indian mid-size SUV segment, the Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder continues to compete with the Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Honda Elevate, and other rivals.
