Rolls Royce First Electric SUV Set to Debut in 2026

Rolls Royce is launching its first Electric SUV, probably by the end of 2026. This is in accordance with the company’s push for “all-electric by 2030” drive. It is not currently clear about the model’s name, but anticipated is set to sit alongside the V12-powered Cullinan.

Industry experts believe this move is being done to answer the Bentley upcoming first electric, also with an unknown model and set to launch in 2026.

As per the news surfaced, the following car may possess the following features:

Exterior & Design


Visually, the vehicle mimics Cullinan features - blocky presence and global status symbol. However, it adopts a more futuristic face with split-LED daytime running lights and a redesigned, maybe closed-off "Pantheon" grille. Just like its petrol sibling, it is expected to maximize aerodynamic efficiency with a more estate-like profile.

Electric Powertrain

The uncovered model is expected to to utilize an enhanced version of the Spectre’s 102kWh battery, capable of reaching at least 530 kms in once charge. Further features include:

  1. Performance: Anticipated output of 577 hp for the standard model, with a Black Badge variant likely pushing past 650 hp.
  2. Range: Rolls-Royce is targeting a range of approximately 500–600 km (WLTP), ensuring that owners can travel between luxury hubs without "range anxiety."
  3. Charging: It will likely support high-speed DC fast charging, allowing a 10% to 80% charge in roughly 30 minutes.

The luxurious band aims to minimize the noise by removing the previous V12 petrol engines from its petrol sibling, building the quietest SUV ever!
