Renault India has officially announced that the new-generation Duster will be launched on March 17, 2026. After its initial unveiling on Republic Day, the French automaker has now opened pre-bookings. For this, a token amount of Rs. 21,000 has been set for reserving the SUV car. The brand aims to acquire the market by launching its flagship model again, after discontinuing it in 2022.
Technical Specifications and Key Features
The exterior resembles a rough-and-tough view combined with "eyebrow-style" LED DRLs and functional roof rails. The types are equipped with 18-inch alloy wheels. Inside, the cabin gets premium digital experience, incorporating a 10.1-inch touchscreen system and a 10.25-inch digital driver’s display.

Standard and Safety Highlights:
- Safety Suite: Six airbags, Level-2 ADAS, electronic stability control (ESC) and all-wheel disc brakes.
- Comfort: Dual-zone automatic climate control, 6-way power-adjustable ventilated front seats, and a panoramic sunroof.
- Convenience: Wireless smartphone charging, 360-degree camera system, and a 6-speaker Arkamys audio setup.
Renault is offering a diverse range of petrol-only engines, including a strong-hybrid variant designed for higher fuel efficiency.
