VinFast VF 6, VF 7 Updated With New Colour Options

VinFast India has updated the colour options for its VF 6 and VF 7 electric SUVs. The company has added three new shades to the lineup. At the same time, it has removed two colours from both models. The latest update only changes the colour choices. However, the company has not made any changes to the design, features, battery, or performance of either SUV.

New Colours Replace Older Shades

The Crimson Red and Urban Mint shades have now left the colour lineup. VinFast has replaced them with darker shades that offer a different look. Solar Red now replaces Crimson Red, while Ivy Green takes the place of Urban Mint. In addition, VinFast has added a completely new Moonlight Ocean shade.

Earlier, both SUVs came with six colour choices. With Moonlight Ocean joining the range, customers now get seven colour options. Perhaps, these new shades will give buyers more ways to personalise their electric SUVs.

No Changes to Battery and Performance

The colour update does not change the mechanical setup of the VF 6 or VF 7. The VF 6 continues with its 59.6kWh battery pack and two power outputs. The lower variants produce 174bhp, while the higher variants deliver 201bhp. In addition, the VF 6 offers a claimed range of up to 468km on a single charge.

The VF 7 also continues with the same 59.6kWh battery. However, buyers can also choose a larger 70kWh battery option. The SUV offers a claimed range of up to 532km.

VF 7 Continues With Dual Motor AWD

The VF 7 also stands out with its dual motor all wheel drive setup. This setup can provide better traction and stronger performance when needed. Overall, VinFast has kept the VF 6 and VF 7 unchanged mechanically. The latest update simply gives buyers more colour choices, including the new Moonlight Ocean shade.
