Tata Motors On Legend Series
Mr. Vivek Srivatsa, Chief Commercial Officer, Tata Passenger Electric Mobility Ltd., said:
“The Sierra established the Premium Mid-SUV segment by bringing together iconic design, advanced technology, uncompromising safety, performance and a luxurious SUV experience in a way that resonated strongly with customers. With the new Legend Series, we are building on that success by bringing a richer and more indulgent cabin environment to more customers across the Sierra portfolio. By offering the features and comforts customers value most, we are making the Sierra more relevant and accessible while staying true to the qualities that define it."
Tata Sierra Retains Safety And Powertrain Options
Along with the new equipment, the Sierra continues with its existing safety package. The SUV is built around a body structure rated five stars by Bharat NCAP. It also gets six airbags, ESP with more than 20 functions and all-wheel disc brakes as standard.
The Legend Series does not change the Sierra's basic product positioning, but instead expands the availability of comfort and convenience equipment across the range. Tata Motors says the approach is intended to make a more premium cabin experience available from earlier points in the lineup.
Car Junction Insights
The Legend Series spreads more premium features across the Tata Sierra lineup. Ventilated seats, powered seat adjustment and a panoramic sunroof add more equipment to the mid-range variants. With petrol and diesel engines plus manual and automatic options, the expanded range also gives customers more combinations to consider.
