Jeep Meridian Track Edition Launched with Design Tweaks and Full Feature Package

Jeep India has expanded its Meridian lineup with the launch of the Track Edition, priced from Rs. 35.95 lakh (ex-showroom). This version builds on the Overland trim but focuses mainly on appearance and comfort updates instead of engine changes. The SUV comes only with an automatic gearbox and buyers can choose between 4x2 and 4x4 options.
The idea behind this edition seems simple: Jeep wants to offer something fresh for customers. Therefore, most updates target design and cabin experience rather than performance.
Dark Styling Touches & Stronger Road Presence
The Track Edition introduces several black-themed elements that change the look of the SUV. The grille, badges, and side mouldings now feature Piano Black finishes. In addition, the front grille receives a darker tone with subtle grey accents, which makes the face look bolder.
Jeep has also added a unique hood graphic and special Track Edition branding. Moreover, the 18-inch diamond-cut wheels further enhance the stance and give the vehicle a more premium feel on the road.
Cabin Updates Focus on Comfort and Practical Use
Inside, the Track Edition gets a new dual-tone interior finish with suede inserts that create a warmer look than before. The steering wheel now comes wrapped in leather with contrast stitching.
The seats now slide by 140 mm, allowing passengers to adjust legroom or make more space for the third row. This small upgrade could make a big difference for families who often use all three rows. In addition, it improves flexibility for long journeys.
Features Stay Strong While Engine Remains the Same
The SUV continues to offer a long list of features. Buyers get ventilated and powered front seats, a large touchscreen with connected tech, a digital instrument display, a panoramic sunroof, and advanced driver assistance systems.
So, the Track Edition keeps the same equipment that already made the Meridian well-equipped in its segment. Mechanically, the SUV still uses the 2.0-litre diesel engine paired with a nine-speed automatic transmission.
