The Lexus LM is offered with 1 engine option, including 2487 cc Hybrid. Each engine may be paired with different transmission options, and its power and torque output depend on the selected configuration.

Safety features available with the Lexus LM include Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), Driver Airbag, Passenger Airbag, 14 Airbags, Central Locking, Child Safety Locks, Side Airbag, Curtain Airbag, Electronic Brakeforce Distribution (EBD), Seat Belt Warning, Door Ajar Warning, Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) and Day & Night Rear View Mirror. Some equipment, including Autonomous Emergency Braking, Lane Departure Warning, Adaptive Cruise Control, may be limited to selected variants. The Lexus LM is available with up to 14 airbags, depending on the variant. The base version has 14 airbags as standard.

The Lexus LM measures 5125 mm in length, 1890 mm in width and 1940 mm in height. It has a 3000 mm wheelbase.

The main alternatives to the Lexus LM are Toyota Vellfire, Mercedes-Benz V-Class and MG M9. Their suitability depends on the buyer’s preferred price, body style, fuel type, features and performance.
