Tata Tiago EV

The Tata Tiago EV is a compact electric car priced between ₹ 7.99 Lakh and ₹ 11.14 Lakh. The car supports DC fast charging, taking 58 minutes for a 10–80% charge. It comes with LED headlamps and DRLs to improve night visibility and make the car visible during the day.

Inside, the cabin gets a smart digital steering wheel with integrated controls. It also features a large 26.03 cm floating touchscreen that supports wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay for easy connectivity. It also includes tyre pressure monitoring system that keeps driver informed about tyre conditions.

The Tata Tiago EV price ranges between ₹ 7.99 Lakh and ₹ 11.14 Lakh. It comes in three variants: XE MR, XT MR/LR and XZ + Tech Lux LR. The battery pack and features affect the pricing of the variant.

Base variants offer standard features like Sports Driving Mode, Digital Instrument Cluster and ABS with EBD. However XZ + Tech Lux LR is equipped with many advanced features. It has Hill Hold Control, Rain Sensing Wiper and Electronic Stability Program (ESP).

Tata Tiago EV Range

Tiago EV offers two battery options with different certified ranges. The MR variant delivers a certified range of 223 km. Meanwhile LR variant offers up to 293 km on a full charge. For real world conditions, the estimated driving range is 168 km for MR and 205 km for LR. However the actual range depends on usage and driving style.

Tata Tiago EV Drivetrain 

The Tata Tiago EV uses a Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor paired with a fully automatic drive system. It is available in MR and LR versions producing 45 kW and 55 kW of power respectively. The torque output stands at 110 Nm for MR and 114 Nm for LR. The car offers City and Sport drive modes for different driving needs. It also features a liquid cooled thermal management system and IP67 rated battery pack and motor for more protection.
