Mumbai, September 03, 2026: TATA.CARS has launched the new Curvv Series X in India with prices starting at ₹9.99 lakh. The new SUV Coupé range brings more features, comfort, technology and safety across its variants. The Curvv Series X is available in Smart X, Pure X, Pure X+, Creative X+, Accomplished X and Accomplished X+ personas, with select variants also available in the #DARK edition.
The new range aims to give buyers more features at different price points. Moreover, Tata Cars has moved several premium features to lower and mid-level variants, making the Curvv Series X more feature-rich across the range.
The Tata Curvv Series X price starts at ₹9.99 lakh for the Smart X. The Pure X starts at ₹10.99 lakh, while the Pure X+ starts at ₹11.79 lakh. The Creative X+ is priced from ₹12.90 lakh, and the Accomplished X starts at ₹13.99 lakh. At the top, the Accomplished X+ starts at ₹18.49 lakh.
The Curvv Series X continues with the same SUV Coupé design that sets it apart in the segment. However, the main focus of this update is on features, comfort and value across the different variants.
Tata Curvv Series X Gets Six Main Variants
The Tata Curvv Series X variants are designed to offer different levels of comfort, technology and safety. The range starts with Smart X and moves through Pure X, Pure X+, Creative X+ and Accomplished X before reaching the top-spec Accomplished X+.
In addition, Tata Cars offers the #DARK edition on select variants. These versions add blacked-out design elements to give the SUV Coupé a darker appearance.
The range also continues with three powertrain choices. Buyers can choose between the 1.2-litre Revotron turbo-petrol, 1.2-litre Hyperion 1.2 GDI turbo-petrol and 1.5-litre Kryojet diesel engines, depending on the variant. Transmission choices include manual and DCT options, while the Hyperion engine comes with the DCT.
Smart X
The Smart X is the entry-level Tata Curvv Series X variant and starts at ₹9.99 lakh. Despite being the base variant, Tata Cars has added several comfort and safety features.
It gets India's first R-Comfort Seats with passive ventilation, R17 Aero Style Wheels and a rear armrest with EasySip Cup Docks. Flush door handles and Multi Drive Modes also add convenience to daily driving. The Smart X comes with 6 airbags, ESP and ABS with EBD as standard. It also gets LED headlamps, DRLs and taillamps.
Furthermore, the variant gets a digital instrument cluster and Reverse Guide Parking Assist. These features can make parking and everyday driving easier, especially in city traffic.
Pure X and Pure X+
The Pure X builds on the Smart X with more technology and convenience features. It starts at ₹10.99 lakh.
The variant gets a 26.03 cm (10.25-inch) Ultra View infotainment system by HARMAN™ with Wireless Android Auto™ and Apple CarPlay™. In addition, it gets a 6-speaker audio system, Fully Automatic Temperature Control, cruise control, push-button start, auto-fold ORVMs and rear AC vents.
The Pure X also adds more convenience for daily use. Therefore, it offers a step up from the Smart X without moving too far into the higher price range.
The Pure X+ starts at ₹11.79 lakh and adds more premium touches. It gets the Plus Lux Leatherette Pack with Plush Benecke-Kaliko Oyster White Leatherette seats. It also features R17 Diamond Cut Alloy Wheels.
For buyers who want a darker design, the Pure X+ #DARK is available from ₹11.99 lakh. It adds blacked-out elements to the exterior and cabin, giving the SUV Coupé a sportier appearance.
Creative X+
The Creative X+ starts at ₹12.90 lakh and adds several premium features to the Curvv Series X. One of its key highlights is the AeroView Voice-Assisted Panoramic Sunroof. It also gets R18 Diamond Cut Alloy Wheels and a 360° 3D Surround View Camera with Blind View Monitor.
Moreover, the Creative X+ gets a twin-screen setup. This includes a 26.03 cm (10.25-inch) Ultra View infotainment system by HARMAN™ and a 26.03 cm (10.25-inch) digital cockpit with navigation display.
The variant also adds TPMS, auto headlamps and rain-sensing wipers. An illuminated cooled glove box further improves convenience.
For passengers, Tata Cars has added reclining rear seats and a richer leatherette cabin. As a result, the Creative X+ focuses strongly on comfort as well as technology.
Accomplished X and Accomplished X+
The Accomplished X and Accomplished X+ sit higher in the Tata Curvv Series X range. These variants focus on advanced safety, premium comfort and connected technology.
The Accomplished X starts at ₹13.99 lakh. It comes with an L2 ADAS suite, which provides additional driver assistance features.
The higher Accomplished X+ starts at ₹18.49 lakh. It adds a Gesture-Controlled Powered Tailgate to the package.
In addition, the top variants get Sequential Light Saber LED DRLs and taillamps with Welcome and Goodbye Animations. Ambient Mood Lighting, Ventilated Front Seats and an Ergo Lux 6-Way Powered Driver Seat also enhance the cabin.
The Accomplished range also gets an Immersive Sound Suite by JBL™. This includes a 12.3-inch Ultra View infotainment system by HARMAN™ and nine speakers.
Other premium features include a wireless charger, Twin Zone Climate Control and Breathe IQ Air Purifier. The variants also get iRA Connected Car Technology, Alexa™ integration, an Electronic Parking Brake with Auto Hold and an Electrochromatic IRVM.

Tata Curvv Series X Gets Focus on Comfort and Safety
Along with the feature updates, Tata Cars has also worked on the second-row seating experience. The company has used slimmer front seatbacks and adjusted the position of the rear seats to create more space for rear passengers.
The cabin also gets richer materials and leatherette upholstery on selected variants. The Oyster White leatherette seats on the Pure X+ and higher versions further add to the premium feel.
Safety remains an important part of the Curvv Series X package. Across the range, Tata Cars focuses on features such as airbags, electronic stability control and ABS with EBD. Higher variants add more technology, including a 360° camera and L2 ADAS.
The Curvv Series X follows the same customer-first approach introduced with the Curvv.ev Series X earlier this year. The new range brings together SUV Coupé styling, performance, comfort and technology while giving buyers more choice across price points.
Introducing the new Curvv Series X, Mr. Vivek Srivatsa, Chief Commercial Officer, Tata Passenger Electric Mobility Ltd., said, " Curvv changed the way India thinks about SUV design the moment it arrived. With the new Curvv Series X, we are making that proposition even stronger by bringing together striking SUV Coupé design, engaging SUV performance, generous comfort, premium features and classleading safety at an even more compelling price point. Starting at ₹9.99 lakh, Curvv Series X offers outstanding value without compromise, making the Curvv experience accessible to an even wider set of customers while staying true to the distinctive character that has made it one of the most admired SUVs in the segment.”
The launch gives the Tata Curvv Series X a wider range of variants, while the addition of more features to lower and mid-level versions strengthens its value proposition. The range now covers buyers looking for an entry-level SUV Coupé as well as customers seeking premium features, advanced safety and a richer cabin experience.
The Tata Curvv Series X adds new variants to the segment, while the upcoming Kia Sorento India launch is set to bring another major SUV into the spotlight.
