New Car Launches & Unveils: February 2026

The February month is all booked with the launches and unveils of prominent brands in the market. MG Majestor SUV coming first, then the classy BMW X3 30 xDrive M Sport Pro followed by Volkswagen Tayron R-Line. Electric models are also following closely with the coming of Maruti Suzuki e Vitara and Toyota Urban Cruiser Ebella.

Here is a brief breakdown of the key cars launching or unveiling this month:

Premium ICE Flagships and Family MPVs

Premium combustion engines still hold the ground focusing on size, luxury, and off-road capability for the premium buyer.

MG Majestor

Majestor is considered as MG’s most important SUVs, and unveiling this model clearly targets the luxury D-segment. Available in an estimated INR 46 Lakh, it features a high-output 2.0L twin-turbo diesel engine. Its cabin is packed with "First-in-Class" features, including Level 2+ ADAS, ventilated rear captain seats, and a massive 14-inch infotainment hub.

Nissan Gravite

Nissan is expanding its footprint in the affordable segment with the Gravite, a compact 7-seater MPV. Launching this month on 17, it concentrates on modularity and space efficiency, and using a 1.0L petrol engine optimized for city commuting. Available from 6.2 Lakh onwards.

BMW X3 30 xDrive M Sport Pro

For luxury enthusiasts, BMW is now launching its high-performance petrol version. It combines sportiness with efficiency via a 48V mild-hybrid petrol engine. It also features the "Iconic Glow" kidney grille attracting the executive crowd ooking for a dynamic driving experience.

Electric SUVs

E-vehicles are sparing no chance to stay behind. This time, electric auto-markets are going to get two of the India’s biggest brand models:

Maruti Suzuki e Vitara

Already caught everyone’s attention, the e Vitara, marks Maruti’s official entry into the BEV (Battery Electric Vehicle) market. It is built on a dedicated Heartect-e platform, offering a battery lasting at least 500 kms in one charge. It is available at INR 17 Lakh onwards.

Toyota Urban Cruiser Ebella

An e-vitara twin, Toyota’s Ebella, bringing a more sophisticated design aesthetic to the same platform. It shares the powertrain and range capabilities of the Maruti but distinguishes itself with a redesigned front fascia, unique alloy wheels, and a signature Toyota-tuned suspension for a more cushioned ride. Available from 18 Lakh onwards.

Whether fuel based or electric vehicles, this month stays crucial for budget as well as premium car buyers.
