JSW MG Motor India Hits Highest-Ever Monthly Sales of 8,158 Units in July 2026

New Delhi | August 01, 2026: JSW MG Motor India published its monthly dispatch figures for July 2026, recording its highest-ever monthly wholesale performance since inception. The automaker dispatched 8,158 units across its domestic network during the month, achieving its third consecutive monthly record growth.

Passenger Vehicle Sales Saw 22% YoY Growth

In July 2026, JSW MG Motor India's dispatches reached 8,158 units, rising from 6,687 units recorded in July 2025. This performance represents a strong 22% year-on-year expansion, driven significantly by its New Energy Vehicle (NEV) line-up, which contributed over 80% of total sales.

Sequential Performance Saw Substantial Growth

The July 2026 figures demonstrate continued upward momentum compared to the 7,568 units dispatched in June 2026. Monthly dispatches increased by 590 units, marking a positive month-on-month growth of 7.80%.

Electric Vehicle Expansion Drives Record Volumes

Commenting on the monthly performance, Mr. Anurag Mehrotra, Managing Director of JSW MG Motor India, noted:

The brand's EV lineup including the Windsor EV, Comet EV and ZS EV have seen great demand. These calls surge alongside sustained interest in its internal combustion engine (ICE) models. The automaker aims to build on this record momentum by continuing portfolio expansion and strengthening EV infrastructure heading into the second quarter of the financial year.
