Maruti Suzuki June 2026 Domestic Sales Record 147,187 Total Units

New Delhi | July 1, 2026: Maruti Suzuki India Limited has released its monthly sales data for June 2026. The automaker recorded strong performance across key segments, pushed heavily by high demand in the domestic passenger vehicle market. Although YoY growth is maintained over the months, MoM performance saw a significant dip.

Passenger Vehicle Sales Register Strong YoY Growth

In the domestic passenger vehicle (PV) segment, Maruti Suzuki dispatched 147,187 units in June 2026 compared to 118,906 units in June 2025. Combined with exports and alternative OEM supply shipments, the calculated total volumes achieved a substantial year-on-year growth of 19.25%.

Sequential Volumes Decrease Across MoM Statistics

The company witnessed a sequential drop in volumes when compared directly against the high sales base of May 2026. While export shipments and OEM supply channels saw minor positive gains, domestic passenger vehicle dispatches dropped by 22.67% month-on-month.

Utility Vehicles and Compact Cars Drive Key Volumes

The passenger vehicle growth for the month was primarily led by the compact car sub-segment and utility vehicles. Models like the Brezza, Fronx, and Grand Vitara collectively contributed 61,726 units, up significantly from last year's figures.

Despite a standard sequential correction coming from May 2026, Maruti Suzuki maintains a very strong positive trajectory annually. Solid global demand keeps export channels highly resilient alongside core domestic car dispatches.
