
New Delhi | June 01, 2026: Maruti Suzuki has released its sales report for May 2026, reporting strong performance across domestic sales, OEM supplies, and exports. The company recorded total sales of 239,490 units, registering a 35.04% year-on-year growth compared to the same period last year. In May 2025, Maruti Suzuki had sold 177,349 units, highlighting a significant increase in overall sales volume.
Maruti Suzuki reported strong growth across its key sales segments in May 2026. Domestic passenger vehicle sales reached 190,337 units, marking a 39.99% increase from 135,962 units sold in May 2025. This growth played a major role in the company's overall sales performance during the month.
The company also exported 41,914 units, registering a 34.26% year-on-year growth compared to 31,219 units in the same month last year. Meanwhile, sales to other OEMs stood at 7,239 units, down 28.81% from 10,168 units in May 2025.

Maruti Suzuki recorded total sales of 475,718 units during the April-May 2026 period, compared to 353,791 units in the corresponding period last year. This resulted in a 34.46% year-on-year growth, reflecting strong demand across domestic and export markets during the first two months of FY 2026-27.
Domestic passenger vehicle sales stood at 378,041 units, up 37.63% from 274,666 units a year ago. Exports also posted healthy growth of 38.62%, rising to 81,968 units from 59,130 units. Meanwhile, sales to other OEMs declined by 21.43% to 15,709 units, compared to 19,995 units in the same period last year.
