2026 Maruti Brezza Facelift Top Variant Leaked
Google News

Maruti Suzuki is preparing to launch the 2026 Brezza facelift in India. Fresh spy images have now revealed the SUV's top-spec variant before its official debut. The latest sightings indicate that the updated Brezza will receive noticeable exterior and interior revisions while introducing a new turbo-petrol engine option. According to a RushLane report, the leaked vehicle was spotted at a dealership before its official launch.
The leaked vehicle is believed to be the range-topping trim and appears to retain the familiar overall shape of the current model. However, it gains several styling updates that give the compact SUV a more modern appearance. The refreshed Brezza is expected to rival models such as the Tata Nexon, Hyundai Venue, Kia Sonet and Mahindra XUV3XO.
Top Variant Gets Fresh Styling and Upgraded Cabin
The front of the updated Brezza features a redesigned grille, revised bumper and new fog lamp housings. The top variant also gets gold-finished grille accents, a silver skid plate-style insert and newly designed alloy wheels. Although the rear design is yet to be fully revealed, earlier spy shots suggest only minor cosmetic changes.
Inside, the SUV is expected to receive a larger 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Other cabin upgrades include a redesigned climate control panel, a wireless charging pad and a new six-speed manual gear lever. The facelift will also introduce ventilated front seats for the first time. Moreover, features such as the sunroof, cruise control, ambient lighting and auto-dimming IRVM are likely to continue.
1.0-Litre Turbo Petrol Engine to Debut with 6-Speed Manual
One of the biggest highlights of the 2026 Maruti Brezza facelift is the introduction of a 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine. This will be the first time the Brezza will be offered with a turbocharged petrol engine, replacing the naturally aspirated unit for selected variants. The new powertrain is expected to be paired with a 6-speed manual transmission, marking another first for the compact SUV.
In addition, Maruti Suzuki is likely to update the Brezza CNG range with an underbody-mounted CNG tank, which could help improve luggage space. More details, including prices and the complete variant lineup, are expected to be announced at the SUV's launch in the coming days.
