Mahindra Strengthens its After Sales Service Networks in Delhi-NCR

Mahindra has announced plans to make its after-sales network more extensive in Delhi-NCR, by introducing doorstep services for EV vehicles. Apart from this, the manufacturer also plans to set up infrastructure to train individuals for servicing more sophisticated automotive vehicles.
Launch of eVAN Doorstep Support
Knowing that EV maintenance is usually less complex than the traditional engines, Mahindra is taking the service center to the doorstep of the customer:
- eVAN Fleet Deployment - eVAN Fleet Deployment, a special fleet of dedicated units called Electronic Vehicle Assistance Network (eVAN) has been introduced to offer home-based periodic maintenance and minor repairs.
- Full-fledged Mobile Units - These trucks not only do inspections but are equipped with hydraulic scissor lifts, wheel balancers and car care equipment. They even have a backup battery pack and charger for emergency roadside assistance.
- Specialized Effectiveness - EVs use less fluid and filter replacement, so these mobile units will save owner’s time, rectifying most problems on the spot.

Infrastructure and Skill Upgrades
In addition to the convenience of the doorstep, Mahindra is also making a significant investment in leveraging human assistance as well. This will help repair sophisticated models like the XEV 9e and BE 6 quickly. Steps taken are:
- Institute of Learning Excellence - Mahindra has introduced a gigantic 26,000 sqft. training center. This aims at upskilling its technicians to perform sales, work in mechanics and advanced bodyshop operations.
- Network Expansion - The brand has introduced 5 new service touchpoints in Delhi-NCR which has increased its service capacity by 70 new work bays.
- Commercial Vehicle Focus - A new specific service center is also opened in Northwest Delhi with specific aim to serve the commercial vehicle (CV) operators.
Mahindra is insistent on its customer-first philosophy with aggressive growth in the Delhi-NCR region, as it switches to a tech-focused, EV-based brand. Combining doorstep convenience with advanced technical training, the carmaker wants to ensure that user experience matches aggressive product strategies.
