Mumbai | August 01, 2026: Mahindra & Mahindra Limited published its dispatch figures for July 2026, showcasing strong demand across its passenger utility vehicle line-up. The automaker dispatched 60,048 SUVs in the domestic market during the month. This shows a sustaining and strong upward trajectory compared to the same period last year.
Passenger Vehicle Sales Saw 20.41% YoY Growth
In July 2026, Mahindra's domestic utility vehicle dispatches reached 60,048 units, rising from 49,871 units in July 2025. Overall UV dispatches (including exports) reached 60,887 units, resulting in a strong year-on-year expansion in sales volumes.

Sequential Volumes Decrease Across MoM Statistics
The July 2026 figures indicate a minor sequential downturn when compared against the 60,393 domestic utility vehicle units recorded in June 2026. Domestic dispatches declined slightly by 0.57%, while total exports reduced by 1,848 units over the preceding month.

Strong Portfolio Traction Drives Growth Momentum
Commenting on the performance, Mr. Nalinikanth Gollagunta, CEO, Automotive Division, M&M Ltd., noted:
"In July we achieved SUV sales of 60,048 units delivering growth of 20%. The total vehicle sales stood at 103,860, a 26% YoY growth reflecting all-round demand traction across the portfolio."
Mahindra's July passenger vehicle performance underscores sustained customer interest in its SUV lineup. Year-to-date (YTD) domestic SUV sales reached 2,34,793 units compared to 2,01,938 units in the corresponding period last year, marking a solid 16% YTD growth. The automaker remains focused on maximizing plant efficiency to meet high order backlogs and leverage seasonal momentum through the second quarter of the financial year.
