Tata Car Sales June 2026: Model-Wise Sales Breakup

Tata Motors has announced its passenger vehicle sales breakup for June 2026, with SUVs and electric vehicles continuing to drive the brand's performance. The Punch retained its position as the company's highest-selling model, while the Nexon remained a strong contributor. The newly launched Sierra also emerged as one of Tata's top-selling models, highlighting growing customer interest in the brand's latest offerings.

The sales breakup provides a detailed view of how each Tata model performed during June 2026. It also shows their year-on-year and month-on-month growth, along with each model's contribution to the company's overall passenger vehicle sales.

Tata Sales Breakup June 2026: YoY Performance

Tata Motors sold 62,076 passenger vehicles in June 2026, compared to 37,083 units in June 2025. This resulted in a 67.40% year-on-year growth, with an increase of 24,993 units. The Punch remained the company's best-selling model, while Nexon secured the second position. Sierra also made a strong contribution after its launch, and Harrier recorded the highest growth among Tata's existing models.

Tata Sales Breakup June 2026: MoM Performance

On a month-on-month basis, Tata Motors improved its sales from 59,090 units in May 2026 to 62,076 units in June 2026. This represents an increase of 2,986 units, translating into 5.05% growth. Punch continued to lead the lineup with the highest market share, while Tiago recorded the biggest monthly gain. Nexon, Sierra, and Altroz witnessed a slight decline compared to May, but the company's overall sales remained on an upward trend.

Tata Reports Strong Performance in Q2 2026

During the April to June 2026 quarter, Tata Motors sold 1,80,166 passenger vehicles, compared to 1,23,839 units in the same period last year. This resulted in a 45.48% year-on-year growth. Punch remained the company's highest-selling model for the quarter, followed by Nexon, while Sierra emerged as Tata's third best-selling model in its first full quarter on sale.
