
Nissan has launched the Gravite MPV in India at an introductory starting price of Rs 5.65 lakh (ex-showroom). As per the official source, the newly introduced MPV targets buyers looking for an affordable seven-seater vehicle for daily commuting and family travel.
The car comes in multiple variants and offers both a 5-speed manual transmission and an EZ-Shift AMT gearbox option. In addition, Nissan has focused on safety, comfort, and usability across the lineup, ensuring that even entry level variants receive essential features. The model also forms part of Nissan’s upcoming product strategy for the Indian market.

The base Visia variant costs Rs 5.65 lakh and focuses on safety. Nissan provides six airbags as standard, along with ABS with EBD, electronic stability control, traction control, hill start assist, and TPMS. In addition, the MPV gets rear parking sensors, ISOFIX mounts, and seatbelt reminders for all passengers.
Also, the cabin includes a digital instrument cluster, LED cabin lights, and split folding second and third row seats in a seven seat layout. The exterior gets 14 inch steel wheels with centre caps.
The Acenta variant, priced at Rs 6.59 lakh, adds more comfort and connectivity features. It includes an 8 inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Further, the steering mounted audio controls and Bluetooth connectivity improve everyday convenience.
Moreover, the variant gets independent rear AC with vents for second and third rows. Exterior updates include full wheel covers, silver skid plates, piano black ORVMs and door handles, remote central locking, and speed sensing auto door locks.
The N-Connecta variant is priced at Rs 7.20 lakh for the manual and Rs 7.80 lakh for the EZ-Shift version. However, it adds several upgrades over the Acenta trim.
These include a rear camera, LED tail lamps, rear wiper and defogger, electrically adjustable ORVMs, and roof rails with a 50 kg load capacity. Inside, buyers get dual tone seats, a cooled glovebox, rear power windows, four speakers, and a PM2.5 pollen filter.
The Tekna variant costs Rs 7.91 lakh for the manual and Rs 8.49 lakh for the AMT. It introduces premium styling and advanced features.
The MPV includes LED headlamps with DRLs, front LED fog lamps, 15 inch dual tone alloy wheels, and chrome door handles. Inside, it offers a 7 inch digital driver display, push button start with i-Key, cruise control (manual only), auto headlamps, rain sensing wipers, and front parking sensors.
In addition, Nissan provides a driver armrest, a height adjustable driver seat, tweeters, and a 12V power outlet for third row passengers.
The top spec Tekna Launch Edition costs Rs 8.35 lakh for the manual and Rs 8.93 lakh for the AMT. Along with all Tekna features, this version adds JBL speakers, a dual dashcam, ambient lighting, wireless charger, and an air purifier.
Furthermore, Nissan includes front row neck and lumbar cushions, while exterior styling receives C-shaped aero accents and additional detailing.
The Gravite uses a 1.0 litre naturally aspirated three cylinder petrol engine producing 71 bhp power and 96 Nm torque. Buyers can choose between a 5 speed manual gearbox or a 5 speed EZ-Shift AMT.
The claimed fuel efficiency stands at 19.3 kmpl for the manual and 19.6 kmpl for the AMT. In addition, Nissan is currently working on a dual cylinder CNG version, which is expected to launch in the coming months.
Nissan has also announced several customer benefits with the launch. The company offers zero service cost for five years, benefits for the first 5,000 bookings, loyalty rewards, and finance options starting at 5.55% ROI through Nissan Finance.
The Gravite comes with a standard warranty of 3 years or 100,000 km, extendable up to 10 years or 200,000 km. In addition, prepaid maintenance packages remain available for up to five years or 50,000 km.
