MG Cyberster and M9 EV Prices Increased by Up to Rs. 5 Lakh
Google News

JSW MG Motor has increased the prices of its premium electric vehicles, the MG Cyberster and MG M9 EV, in India. The latest price revision comes just a few months after both models received a price hike in April 2026. This time, the MG Cyberster has become costlier by Rs. 5 lakh, while the MG M9 EV gets a price increase of Rs. 4.05 lakh.
With the revised prices, the MG M9 Presidential Limo is now priced at Rs. 79.95 lakh (ex-showroom). Meanwhile, the MG Cyberster now starts at Rs. 82.50 lakh (ex-showroom). Both models are sold through MG's premium MG Select dealerships across the country.
Latest Price Revision for MG's Premium EVs
The MG M9 was launched in India last year at an introductory price of Rs. 69.90 lakh, while the Cyberster debuted at Rs. 72.49 lakh. In April 2026, MG had already increased its prices by Rs. 5 lakh and Rs. 2.5 lakh, respectively.
The latest revision further raises their prices, making the Cyberster Rs. 10 lakh more expensive than its launch price. The MG M9 has also seen a significant increase since launch. While MG has not officially shared the reason behind the latest revision, the price hike is likely linked to rising production and manufacturing costs.
MG Cyberster and M9 EV: Battery, Range and Key Highlights
